Our signature hand-mixed and Eco-friendly cleaning solutions are infused with natural essential oils. Which are not only blended for the season, but have therapeutic benefits to your health and environment as well.
Do you supply all cleaning materials needed?
Yes, we supply all cleaning solutions and equipment necessary to complete any cleaning service provided
How many specialists will you send to clean my home?
Depending on the size of the project, we will work in teams of 2 or 3
Are you cleaning solutions green or Eco-friendly?
Yes, our primary cleaning solutions consist of safe Eco-friendly ingredients such as vinegar, baking soda, and rubbing alcohol. Our cleaning solutions are mixed with recipes we have come to love and trust. We infuse our cleaning solutions with therapeutic essential oils matched to the season.
I am sensitive to smells, do you make scent free solutions?
Yes we do. We make fresh batches of cleaning solutions each day and once requested can make scent free solutions for your scheduled cleaning.
Do I have to be home for Cleaning Service appointments?
No, we do not require anyone to be home during cleaning service appointments. Standard arrangements include supply of house keys that are stored in our office. Storage of a key in a safe area, can be placed with a concierge and/or neighbor, or a garage door / keybox code.
How often do you provide Cleaning Service visits?
We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly appointments, however bi-weekly is the most commonly requested
What is the difference between the Premium Cleaning and Housekeeping services?
Our Premium Cleaning Service includes a thorough cleaning around your home, but requires minor preparation before visits. These minor preparations include removal of items from floors and surface to be dusted or cleaned. Performing these minor preparations before our crew arrives is a cost efficient way to keep your home sparkling clean.
Housekeeping services includes the same thorough cleaning in addition to light straightening up/organizing, washing of dishes and laundry. Our crew will pick around the house, move items from surfaces to be dusted or cleaned, put away toys where they belong, wash a load of dishes and change bed linens when provided.
Can I request additional services not included in my regularly scheduled appointments?
Absolutely! Some clients that generally request the premium cleaning service may need a load of dishes or laundry run while we are in their home. Services can always be added for an additional cost during any visit.
How do I pay for my services performed?
We accept cash, check or credit card including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If a credit card is your preferred method of payment, a card will be kept on file and charged upon completion of each visit. Now accepting Bitcoin!!
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we don't believe in forcing our customers into long term agreements. Customers should continue to use our services by choice not obligation, if a change in life has occurred and you need to suspend or terminate your scheduled appointments just give our office a call (240) 219-9280
Do you warranty your cleaning services?
Yes we do. If you ever have any questions regarding the work performed, please feel free to contact our office for further discussion.
